Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements.

Budget & Cost Control:
  • Prepare project estimates, budgets, and cost-tracking reports.
  • Approve expenditures and manage change orders.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to clients and senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address quality control issues.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges.
  • Adapt to changing project conditions and client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: [X] years in construction project management (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP, OSHA 30, or other relevant certifications (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
