- The candidate will support strategic planning and road-map development across Army radar stakeholder organizations (AvMC, F-CDID, AMD CFT, PM STARE, etc.).
- The candidate work with project leads to integrate and align existing Science and Technology (S&T) activities and future S&T project plans with warfighter gaps and objectives for future radar CONOPs.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting the customer with Army radar S&T portfolio management and working with Radar technical staff on planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives.
- The candidate will perform duties within a team environment, executing the following:
- System performance assessment, scenario development, trades, and analysis.
- Development and execution of Measures of Effectiveness / Program Technical and Programmatic Performance Measurements.
- Development of program demonstration objectives.
- S&T vendor proposal assessment support services.
- The candidate must be able to work within a fast-paced environment, often with evolving requirements.
- The candidate will support strategic and programmatic documentation development as required.
Education:
- Master's degree or higher
Experience:
- 25+ years of relevant experience.
- Direct experience with stakeholder organizations listed above highly desired
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Army acquisition, policy development and management oversight.
- Good communication skills and ability to plan, organize, and manage complex cross-organizational tasks
- Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
