1104 - Senior Radar Strategist

Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government.

• The candidate will support strategic planning and road-map development across Army radar stakeholder organizations (AvMC, F-CDID, AMD CFT, PM STARE, etc.).
• The candidate work with project leads to integrate and align existing Science and Technology (S&T) activities and future S&T project plans with warfighter gaps and objectives for future radar CONOPs.
• The candidate will be responsible for assisting the customer with Army radar S&T portfolio management and working with Radar technical staff on planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives.
• The candidate will perform duties within a team environment, executing the following:
• System performance assessment, scenario development, trades, and analysis.
• Development and execution of Measures of Effectiveness / Program Technical and Programmatic Performance Measurements.
• Development of program demonstration objectives.
• S&T vendor proposal assessment support services.
• The candidate must be able to work within a fast-paced environment, often with evolving requirements.
• The candidate will support strategic and programmatic documentation development as required.

Education:

• Master's degree or higher

Experience:

• 25+ years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience with stakeholder organizations listed above highly desired

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Army acquisition, policy development and management oversight.
• Good communication skills and ability to plan, organize, and manage complex cross-organizational tasks
• Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
