Otolaryngologist

GRANDE PRAIRIE: - Alberta Health Services - North Zone, Grande Prairie, is seeking a FRCSC or FRCSC Eligible Otolaryngologist with a minimum of 3 years' experience (surgical experience during residency may be considered) to provide Otolaryngology services in Grande Prairie.

The new Otolaryngologist will have Alberta Health Services hospital privileges.
The position will include regular hospital and after-hours on call.

Duties include but not limited to:
Reside in and have as his/her primary residence, Grande Prairie
Establish and maintain a full time community based practice within the community
Provide hospital and hospital on call assistance
Contribute to and participate in teaching programs and activities
Contribute to and participate in other administrative duties as assigned.

The successful candidate may choose to join an existing community based practice; or establish a new practice within the community.

The position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

Qualifications:

• Registration or Eligibility with the Royal College of Canada is required
• Registration with the CPSA or proof of Eligibility for Alberta Licensure (required with application)
