Job Description:

- Work in a skilled nursing area with 35 to 40 residents, which may include individuals receiving short-term rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a team consisting of LPNs and CNAs during the overnight shift.
- Access to an RN supervisor in the building for support and guidance.
- Scheduled to work every other weekend and rotate holidays.
- Engage in patient care activities, ensuring a high standard of care for all residents.
- Follow protocols and procedures for patient safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and observations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.
