Job Description:

- Work on a skilled nursing floor with 35-40 residents, including some residents receiving short-term rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a team of LPNs and CNAs, with an RN supervisor accessible in the building.
- Provide patient care and support in accordance with best practices and protocols.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and the team.
- Actively participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes and challenging situations within the unit.
