OutSystems Lead

Job Title: OutSystems Lead / Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in OutSystems, with a deep understanding of application architecture, design, and development. The role requires strong knowledge in SQL, Azure, and experience in working with project management tools like Jira. The candidate should also have a solid grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to effectively plan projects and estimate efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• OutSystems Expertise: Architect, design, and develop applications using OutSystems platform. Ensure best practices in application architecture and development are followed.
• Application Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and maintainable OutSystems applications.
• SQL Knowledge: Utilize SQL effectively for data management, including writing queries, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity.
• Azure Integration: Integrate and manage cloud-based services on Azure, ensuring seamless interaction with OutSystems applications.
• Project Management: Utilize Jira for tracking tasks, managing sprints, and collaborating with team members. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project life cycles effectively.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive release documents, ensuring that all aspects of the application lifecycle are documented.
• Client Handling: Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze client requirements, convert them into technical solutions, and ensure that the developed applications meet client expectations.
• Project Planning: Estimate project efforts, develop detailed project plans, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills:

• OutSystems: Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in OutSystems, including architecture, design, and development.
• SQL: Strong understanding and experience with SQL databases.
• Azure: Experience with Microsoft Azure, including integration with OutSystems applications.
• Jira: Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
• Agile/Waterfall: Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management principles.
• Documentation: Experience in creating and maintaining release and technical documentation.
• Client Management: Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
• Requirement Analysis: Strong skills in understanding and analyzing requirements.
