POSITION: Fiscal and Administrative Services Division Director

HIRING SALARY: $6,152.00 - 7,889.00, depending on experience

CLOSING DATE TO APPLY: March 6, 2025

Summary of Work

In this position, you be responsible for agency budget development and monitoring, administrative services, grant administration, and overseeing federal funds and programs.

The Fiscal & Administrative Services Division Director has a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Planning, coordinating, and evaluating all aspects of the Fiscal and Administrative Services Division, including managing the fiscal and administrative operations of the division
  • Developing, implementation, and monitoring of agency budget
  • Serving as agency lead for audits, financial reporting, and federal grants
  • Oversight of agency Human Resources, Records Retention, and Risk Management
  • Communicating positively, efficiently, and effectively in regard to the development and delivery of services as well as implementation of policies and procedures
  • Responsibility for agency purchasing and procurement
  • Supervision of four personnel within the Fiscal & Administrative Services division
  • Membership on the Executive Leadership Team
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, business management, finance, or closely related field
  • 5 years of professional accounting/fiscal management experience
  • 2 years of experience in a management role which included direct supervision of staff
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the development, evaluation, and maintenance of administrative programs, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with compliance of administrative legal, and legislative directives, policies, rules, and regulations
