We are looking for a Production and Quality Manager who is ready to lead and transform our

Key Responsibilities:
Production Leadership & Operational Excellence:
  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered on
    time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production, providing regular
    reports to executive leadership.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide input on production capabilities and constraints.
  • Support new product introductions and engineering changes by integrating them smoothly into
    production processes.
  • Manage production schedules and capacity planning to meet demand forecasts.
  • Oversee inventory management to minimize stock discrepancies and support just-in-time
    manufacturing.


Quality & Compliance Oversight:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing quality management systems aligned with
    ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Drive continuous quality improvements through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and
    proactive risk management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring seamless integration into production.

Supplier Quality Management:
  • Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and performance tracking to maintain a reliable supply
    chain.
  • Ensure all incoming materials and final products meet or exceed quality requirements.
  • Partner with R&D and engineering teams to support new product launches with quality
    integration.


Production Quality Support:
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing quality issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Oversee quality inspections and testing of incoming materials and final products.
  • Maintain updated documentation for manufacturing procedures, drawings, and BOMs.
  • Provide training to production teams on quality standards and best practices.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to streamline production workflows.
  • Act as a key leader in scaling manufacturing capabilities to support future business growth.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in production, quality, or operations leadership.
  • Strong background in manufacturing and quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma,
    FMEA, Lean).
  • Experience working with ECO processes, MRP/ERP systems, and supplier quality
    management.

Skills and Competencies
  • Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and lead manufacturing operations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/MRP systems, and quality tools.
