An esteemed law firm is seeking an Associate for their Finance Banking (Borrower Side) Practice. The position can be based in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Costa Mesa or San Diego

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 or more years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance to join the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year class growing team
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication, drafting skills, team oriented
• Associates in this role must protect and maintain any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial and/or proprietary information
• Capable of taking on significant responsibility
• Able to take on client interaction and significant work product.
