Job Description:

Joining the Wonder Adventure means joining a specialist in gift solutions offering key-in-hands experiences in the world of sports, well-being, gastronomy and holidays.

As Key Account Manager, you are responsible for referencing our gift boxes in leading retail networks, building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, and ensuring a successful product launch. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record of launching new products in the U.S. non-food retail sector and managing high-value accounts.

Your mission

You will be responsible to develop and execute a strategic plan to introduce Wonderbox gift boxes into major U.S. retail chains (e.g., department stores, specialty stores, big-box retailers). Building strong relationships with them, closing sales of products or services tailored to their specific needs. You collaborate with internal teams to achieve set sales targets, and maintain consistent revenue growth.

  • Identify, target, and negotiate partnerships with key retail accounts to ensure optimal product placement and sales performance.
  • Manage end-to-end account relationships, including onboarding, product training, merchandising, and promotional planning.
  • Build trusted relationships with new potential clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Ensure brand consistency and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, account review meetings, and networking activities to strengthen relationships with key clients and position the company as a trusted and value-added partner

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.


Your Profile:
  • 7+ years of negotiations and sales experience in retail or Business to Business in the USA launching new products in the U.S non-food retail sector.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships with major retail chains in the U.S.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to develop effective strategies.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
