- Develop and execute sales strategies and goals to drive revenue growth.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and opportunities for professional growth.
- Establish a structured meeting cadence for team check-ins, pipeline reviews, and strategy sessions.
- Utilize technology (Power BI, CRM, Excel, PowerPoint) to track sales performance and optimize decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales efforts with business priorities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine offerings and sales tactics.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Report sales metrics and forecasts to executive leadership.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling a sales team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in food safety, agriculture, or laboratory services preferred.
