Required Skills:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past 10 years in consulting, process facilitation, analysis, recommendations, opinions, domain expertise, training, coaching, validation, data analysis and transferring knowledge with each of the following areas:
Project and Portfolio Management
Business Analysis
IT Strategic Planning
IT Product Support and Release Management
Information Security
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past 10 years in developing and utilizing each of the following tools:
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft Visio and Project
Enterprise Architecture Tools
Abilities (Soft Skills)
Ability to grasp technical concepts, relate them to business processes, enterprise architecture and data flow and provide required technical solutions to achieve business goals
Ability to communicate effectively, concisely with technical staff and business users
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, handle workload, handle stress and work independently in achieving project objectives
Ability to mentor, communicate with staff to transfer technical, business knowledge using direct communication, documentation and visual aids, wherever necessary.
Ability to document software engineering deliverables defined within project deliverables (design, requirements, analysis, diagrams) as required by project team using corresponding tools.
Desired Skills:
Five (5) years of experience with:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio)
Local and wide area networking
Desktop and server operating systems
PMI Project Management Professional Certification
