Location: Warren, MI
Candidate must be local to Michigan for the entire assignment start to finish - this team meets a few times on site per week/month.

Responsible for executing both manual and automated test scripts to verify Infotainment component functional and performance requirements on Ultifi platform.
Configure benches to support specific test scenarios.
Characterize and document defects including identifying steps to reproduce, linking failures to requirements, and collecting all associated test logs.
Develop and Update test cases as required.
Interact with multiple engineering fields within the Software Defined Vehicle team to support defect resolution.
Plan and manage execution of weekly verification testing
Manage weekly build promotion including Sanity test planning, critical issue escalation and develop response to additional test requests.
Coordinate test assignments for a large multi-functional team to ensure that all test requirements are met.
Lead, collaborate, and improve testing on Infotainment ECU
Verify operation of Infotainment features that function on CAN, Ethernet and LIN communication protocols
Provide regular status updates and complete documentation and test results
Perform Diagnostics, Partial Network and DPS Calibration testing
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Automotive SW Test or Development, including experience with test automation and test or software architecture
Understanding of Vehicle Electrical Architecture and Subsystem/Features in the Infotainment domain
Understanding of Infotainment Operating Systems such as Android, Linux and QNX
Experience with LAN/CAN vehicle communication systems and CAN based monitoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Project Management and Organizational skills
Ability to lead complex problems and propose solutions
High level of oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others
Familiarity with Firewall and Packet filters, OTA and transport layer
Experience with Bluetooth sniffer tools and protocol analyzers
