Description

The Product Strategy Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of high-quality products. This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and product performance while also ensuring software quality and reliability through rigorous testing and validation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product strategy and quality assurance, providing data-driven insights and maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and cases to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Develop and execute test plans, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing.
• Monitor software performance post-deployment to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain user documentation, system guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product decisions align with business goals.
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous product enhancement.
• Utilize automation tools and scripting languages to enhance testing efficiency.
• Maintain version control and documentation to ensure consistency across deployments.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in product analysis, software quality assurance, or a related role within the tech or software industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python.
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for backend validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and functional levels within the organization.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability and execution.
