Join an established private practice in Columbia, MO! The current OD is retiring. Be busy day 1!

DETAILS:

• See at least 3 patients an hour
• Full scope with heavy medical
• Huge potential for continuing to grow the dry eye clinic
• Updated technology including : Lipiflow, IPL, OCT, Optos, Visual Field, EMR
• Strong OD support! Practice Manager, Scribing Techs, & Optical Staff
• The incoming OD will take over a well-established patient base and be the only OD at this office

SCHEDULE:

• Work a 4,4.5,or 5 day work week!
• Monday - Friday
• 8 AM to 5 PM
• Can do a half day on Friday
• No weekends!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• $65 an hour or 15% of production whichever is greater
• $190,000+ year 1 potential (potential is for 4 days of work, will be higher for 5)
• PTO: 120 hours for Year 1 (increases over time)
• Can carry over up to 40 hours unused PTO hours
