Purpose of Position:
The Global Advisor for Safety Analytics is a key role in the Safety Business unit technical support team. The purpose of the position is to provide subject matter expertise for the Analytics products of the portfolio, help to increase the technical knowledge of these product in our Services and Support teams, collaborate in customer success efforts, and help validate technically new releases of the products before they get to market.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Acquire and maintain expert knowledge in the Safety Analytics products
Upskill Regional Services and Support Resources
o Collaborate with regionalServices and Support (S&S)teams
o Assist them in thedeployment, support, and usageof Safety products
o Share your expertise to enhance their capabilities
Technical Validation and Documentation
o Collaborate with Product Development in technical validation of new releases
o Organize and execute test plans both internal and in the field
o Update technical documentation for the product
Tier 2 Support
o Providesecond-level supportto regional S&S teams for Safety Analytics products
o Address and resolve issues reported for Safety Analytics products
Collaborate in Customer success efforts for key accounts of the portfolio
Collaborate in technical sales, providing technical expertise in the scope and usage of Safety Analytics products
Meet key performance indicators as defined by Management Team
Other duties, as assigned
Knowledge and Experience - Required:
Strong SQL Server skills including performance tuning, data analysis and integration
Windows Server administration skills and/or experience
Some Linux experience and knowledge
Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
Ability to support applications, reports and processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-managed, able to work in fast-paced and changing environments with a hands-on attitude
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Spanish or other languages desired
- Regional & International Travel availability - expected at 10% to 20%
