LRH Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Endodontist to join our established family practice in Harrisburg, PA. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care, has a compassionate and confident chairside manner, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Drs. in practice: 3 Hygienists: 8
• Total chairs: 14
• Schedule: 2-4 times per month
• Practice annual revenue: $4.7m
• 80% PPO 20% FFS
• Active patients: 7,000
• Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch Intraoral camera, etc.)

Compensation

• $800 - $1200 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program in endodontics.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.
• Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc.
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
• Willingness to be in-network as needed.
