Daily responsibilities:
- Strong experience in ISO (insurance services office experience) of claims in specialty lines - commercial auto, general liability, etc.
- P&C Domain expertise ( Around Policy Mgmt which is most common)
- Hands on Sql, XML experience is mandate.
- Experience in forms and Forms Library
- Insurance Domain experience is mandate.
- Experience of configuring a claims system or coordinating feeds with multiple vendors
- Ability to do analysis of vendor data issues to setup business rules and effectively communicate those.
Nice to have:
- Proficient in SQL
- Strong Excel skills
Daily responsibilities:
- Review vendors coming onboard to our new system for ISO (insurance services office experience) claims report or financial errors
- Guide both the internal team and external vendor on rules for how to code claims including
- Write & review tasks or stories for the internal team
