Implement and manage the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud to create compelling advertisements.
Oversee the use of the Content Management System (CMS) for efficient content strategy and campaign planning.
Leverage CRM for maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications.
Utilize Facebook Insights to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
Develop and execute strategies for brand awareness.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.
Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions as needed.
Requirements
Demonstrable expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS).
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Ability to analyze and interpret Facebook Insights.
Solid understanding of creating and managing advertisements.
Proven experience in building brand awareness.
Skilled in campaign planning and execution.
