Structured Credit CLO Associate (New York)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Structured Credit CLO Associate (2nd-8th year) to join a premier Structured Finance practice in New York.
Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in collateralized loan obligations (CLO) transactions and other securitizations.
• Work on asset-based lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated) and sophisticated finance deals.
• Advise leading investment banks and asset managers on structured credit matters.

Qualifications:

• 2-8 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong background in structured credit, securitization, and asset-based lending.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work closely with clients.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $235,000 - $435,000 per year.
