Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in Comp.Sc., Information Tech. or related field.

Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in Comp.Sc., Information Tech. or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in Technological Innovation System (TIS) PMO delivery Framework
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of specialists, analysts, and SMEs to ensure provision of in-depth technical advice for their relevant subject matter area.
- Interact with business SME's to provision for functional scope.
- Work with the enterprise architects and program team to initiate solution discussions regarding new business requirements
- Establish communications, tools, methods, and templates conforming with Company requirements, standards, practices, tools, procedures, and applicable guidelines.
- Maintain the Project Plan and contribute to the Integrated Project Plan and status reporting required by Company for different internal stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against the Project Plan and report to the Company Project Manager, on a weekly basis, Project activities and resources to ensure progress against the Project Plan and work with Company's Project Manager to address and resolve deviations from the Project Plan.
- Conduct or attend regularly scheduled Project status meetings
- Conduct or attend unscheduled meetings for the purposes of resolving roadblocks/escalation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Company at Gate Review Meetings.
- Provide reports relating to the Voice/Chat Services as reasonably required for Project.
- Raise escalations/issues to company project manager for prompt resolution.
- Lead and/or support discussions with Publisher. Leverage Suppliers expertise and relationship to help manage Publisher for timely responses.
Key Skills
- Proven working experience in project management in the ITES sector. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Cloud based contact center implementations (Genesys / Cisco, and other Key ITES solution migrations).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management software tools.
