Your Role:

JOB DUTIES:
- Lead SubComms Test Engineer.
- Provide expert guidance on hardware and networked systems testing, configuration, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during integration, implementation, and testing phases.
- Offer technical direction, mentorship, and training to less experienced staff.
- Interface regularly with management, customers, and team members to ensure alignment and progress.
- Support the management of task orders, coordinating with multiple agencies, vendors, and customers to achieve program goals.
REQUIREMENTS:.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or commensurate experience) and 5 years or more of related experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start.
- Proven experience in writing and executing test documents.
- Strong skills in establishing equipment configurations to meet operational requirements.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- A demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance after start.
- Background in RF Engineering, with preferred experience in VLF systems.
- Familiarity with waveform development and DoD communications systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Understanding of VLF communication concepts and experience working with similar systems.
