Location: Milwaukee Terminal Employment Status: Regular, Full-time
Reports: Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Revised Date: February 2025
Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of day-to-day guest operations and development of hospitality and guest experience strategies including coordinating all activities of the food and beverage and vendor relationships, purchasing, equipment, procedures and documentation. Conduct operation of all above areas within appropriate policies.

Minimum Requirements
Experience
Education
Good written, verbal, mathematical and sufficient computer skills.
Working in a team environment.
5 years of customer service experience in a hospitality environment.
Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Submit to and pass pre-employment drug test
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Essential Functions - the following are essential functions of the job but are not all-inclusive.
- Leading, motivating and monitoring terminal and vessel staff to ensure consistent high-quality guest experience
- Address guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Supervise the food and beverage program in the terminal, on the vessel and for special events
- Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors regarding food and beverages, merchandise and equipment. Responsible for order, deliveries and inventory of related items
- Event and program management coordination for special events
- Present professional level of customer service and appearance to all - internal and external
- Conduct periodic inventories as required
- Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability utilizing financial reports
- Develop and manage department budget
- Frequent travel on the vessel to Muskegon, MI will be necessary to monitor and ensure consistent high-quality guest services
- Stays informed and engaged with hospitality industry trends, translating insights into practical, customer-focused strategies
- Performs all other duties as assigned
