Description:
In our quest to leave this world better than we found it, TRS Group, Inc. is expanding our PFAS and AFFF Remediation business and is in search of a qualified Business Development leader to help identify new aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) cleanout opportunities using our patented PerfluorAd technology. In this role, you will leverage current relationships and source new project opportunities and clients who need solutions to comply with AFFF regulations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience with mobile and fixed fire suppression systems.

What you will do:
- Leverage relationships with current clients to create new project opportunities.
- Source new project opportunities and clients.
- Manage process from initial lead generation to initial discussions and project concept and finally to point of sale.
- Maintain positive relationship with clients from initial contact through project completion.
- Help solve problems or answer client questions during project execution.
- Maintain documentation of client information, sales records, contact-to-sale metrics and other reports as required.
- Maintain awareness of new and existing technologies and be able to communicate appropriate offerings and potential solutions to clients.
- May assist in sales and forecasting and planning.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have strong, practical experience with mobile and fixed fire suppression systems.
- Understand the technical complexities of projects and effectively communicate to clients.
- Have persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Be self-motivated and driven.
