We're seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and elevate our service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and quality, while effectively managing costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and enhance team performance through professional development, performance evaluations, and recognition.
  • Innovate and manage our beverage program, collaborating with our corporate team to maintain our high standards and unique offerings.
  • Drive marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and promote food and beverage services.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and maintain inventory control.
  • Craft and execute strategies for staff scheduling, operational efficiency, and cost management.

  • Prior General Manager experience preferred but not necessary


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational and professional experience.
  • Preferably experienced in high-volume dining and possessing a Level 1 Somm Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software, such as Micros and OpenTable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Direct management of all restaurant personnel, ensuring high performance and compliance with all restaurant policies.


Work Environment:
  • Primarily indoor setting at an acclaimed hotel, with a workweek of approximately 50 hours subject to business needs.
  • Requirement to manage high business demands during holidays and events.


Physical Demands:
  • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
