Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing multiple hospital cost centers within Family Centered Care (Mother Baby department).
• Required to frequently apply business principles within a clinical department.
• Must be capable of independent problem solving, judgement and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services and administrative or professional programs.
• Leads initiatives in strategic planning, operational and financial analysis, utilization management, and productivity enhancement.
• Has twenty-four (24) hour accountability for assigned areas.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor's degree in management or field of assigned specialty with extensive experience in the appropriate service or equivalent amount of education and experience unique to assigned areas of responsibility.

2. RN licensed in Georgia

PREFERRED:
1. MSN or MBA

8AM-4PM
