Recruiter Requirements

• 2+ years in recruitment, business operations, or people operations.
• Proven background in recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong grasp of various roles, sourcing techniques, and recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Location: Based in NYC or SF with a requirement for in-office presence 5 days per week.
