Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Parts & Service Director to manage and optimize our service and parts operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and parts management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the service and parts departments across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by implementing and maintaining best-in-class service and parts standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train service advisors, technicians, parts managers, and support staff.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including service revenue, parts sales, efficiency, and customer retention.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase service and parts department profitability and efficiency.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage warranty and service contract processes effectively.
  • Optimize parts inventory and ordering processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Parts & Service Director or similar leadership role in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and manufacturer service and parts guidelines (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive department performance through goal setting and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of automotive service software, parts inventory systems, and industry best practices.
  • ASE certification or relevant automotive service certifications (preferred).
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
