Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and identify the necessary ISO standards for implementation.
- Develop and implement management systems in compliance with relevant ISO standards.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend corrective actions to achieve certification.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO standards, policies, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain required documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- When required, facilitate internal audits and support clients during external certification audits.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to maintain ISO compliance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, ISO standards, and best practices.
- Represents the Company brand and assists in fulfilling Company requirements on project closeout, and a required client satisfaction and economic impacts survey
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification in relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 13485 Lead Implementer) is preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing and auditing ISO management systems.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, process improvement, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
- Proficiency in document control and audit reporting tools.
- Prior experience as an outside independent ISO contractor is preferred although not required. Corporate experience may be sufficient
