Role: Solution Architect
Location - 100% Remote
Job Summary Coordinate with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) units to align IT services with business needs
Participate in the Architecture Reviews with different BPO areas (i.e., sale, service, support, etc.)
Prepare and execute the Lifecycle Review based on call center components/asset information received by the BPOs
Perform risk analysis for known BPO infrastructure assets (Network/App Server/Software)
Analyze previously carried over risks to confirm if the risk level needs to be modified and help establish required timeline for remediation
Upon publication of Workforce Management Projections, support the BPO capacity confirmation completed by the IT Teams
Strengthen technical governance and platform robustness, minimizing failure points and enhancing system reliability
Optimize IT resource allocation, reducing operational costs and improving ROI
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure used by BPO Call Centers of a healthplan
- Experience performing network analysis, ensuring optimal performance, security and disaster recovery readiness
- Should have managed the lifecycle of call center components for Avaya, Genesis and Cisco systems
- Experience conducting comprehensive IT risk analysis using ITIL and CMMI level 5 standards, improving call center operational efficiency and compliance
- Proficiency in DevOps, employing CI/CD methodologies with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform, and Ansible
- Well versed with cybersecurity measures and standards like PCI-DSS and GDPR
- Certifications in Azure solution architect, ITIL and DevOps preferred
