Must have:
Develop user stories- Azure
Agile exp
Need someone inhouse to gather requirements and determine which direction the Product should go. Group is moving into a consultancy type process
Day to day- learning ecosystem- claims admin system (medical and rx)- how are rates are calculated and how to make changes
Documenting and curating documents to go to Dev teams
Collaborate with stakeholders
Develop user stories- Azure
Experience in Jira for tracking preferred
Strong Agile experience - IBX is just moving to Agile so need someone to help move team to Agile
Upper/Mid-level - Finance/Accounting industry experience would be beneficial, Healthcare also a plus understanding on claims
Experience as a BA moved into PO role with strong Agile. Just needs to know how to translate business to technical requirements, do not need to be very technical
