- 10+ Years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Hybris or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris solutions, including B2B/B2C features, Order Management, and integrations with other systems.
- Proven track record in delivering complex eCommerce projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
