As anExecutive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Deal Desk leadership team and act as a trusted partner and advisor. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, orchestrate meetings and events, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will need to have strong planning and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the leadership Team.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive communication and liaise between Leadership team and other business partners to share information and best practices that drive efficiency across organizations.
- Manage expense management for the Leadership team, and partner on budgets, headcount, and policies.
- Oversee the annual rhythm of business (ROB) with leaders ensuring proactive scheduling and the prompt identification and resolution of any meeting conflicts.
- Manage office space and technology needs.
- Own the coordination, logistics, and direction for events to maximize productivity.
- Additional Team projects as needed.
- Some travel may be required.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft productivity software including MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint AND using OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) or equivalent experience.
- Possess proficient attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Thrive in a global team environment, building effective cross-group relationships at all organizational levels.
- Adapt to diverse work styles and respond urgently to changing situations.
- Work independently with flexibility, a positive attitude, and critical thinking under pressure.
- Exercise professionalism, integrity, and tact, especially with confidential information.
