QA Lead

• 5 years + hands on experience with Web Testing (preferably retail / ecommerce domain)
• APIs with hands on Charles or postman or any other API testing tools.
• Good Experience working with cross-functional teams, resolving issues during the entire project lifecycle.
• Good Knowledge of Software testing life cycle.
• Ability to work of others and operate in the fast pace environment.
• Technical knowledge and experience, ability to understand and articulate technical issues.
• Ability to facilitate Brainstorming sessions to find resolution.
• Prioritize, expedite and escalate rush issues accordingly.
• Attend weekly delivery and core team meetings to share the progress of projects.
• Experience of working with engineers in a challenging, high-pressured environment.
• Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, written and verbal
