- TRS, employee medical insurance and a life insurance benefit are Board-paid by District 87.
- Out of the base salary, a sum of $16,392 can be deferred to a 403(b) plan, family medical insurance and/or be taken as the cash equivalent.
- Dental, vision, voluntary life, flexible spending and dependent care are available at the employee's expense.
