What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess global financial performance.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
- Work cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and track KPIs.
- Lead financial due diligence and integration for acquisitions.
- Prepare high-level financial presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- 7-10 years of experience supporting senior finance leaders in budgeting, planning, and financial reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in finance, supporting a Director of Finance or CFO in budgeting, planning, modeling, and reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a financial story.
- Preferred Experience:
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- International financial experience.
