What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess global financial performance.
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
• Work cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and track KPIs.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration for acquisitions.
• Prepare high-level financial presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 7-10 years of experience supporting senior finance leaders in budgeting, planning, and financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in finance, supporting a Director of Finance or CFO in budgeting, planning, modeling, and reporting.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a financial story.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • International financial experience.

Salary Description

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
