Compensation: The pay range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 annually
depending on experience. Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:
Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.
Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.
High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.

Work Arrangement: This is a remote role: Travel expectation will be 25% at a minimum with additional travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

Your Role: Manager, Client Experience

As the heartbeat of our customer success, you will:
Lead & Inspire: Mentor your team and influence client expectations
Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients with engaging, proactive communication
Enhance Experiences: Gather feedback, analyze metrics, and implement improvements to ensure top-notch service
Collaborate: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
Innovate: Identify growth opportunities and lead special projects to optimize processes

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications is required
4 + years' experience as an Account Manager or similar role- in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred
Experience in insurance, benefits, or healthcare revenue cycle
Proven leadership with strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple projects and travel (minimum 25% travel)
