- Experience writing software for a complex system, such as a distributed system with various communication protocols
- Strong proficiency in C++, Python, Linux
- Experience with the full SDLC, particularly both writing software requirements and design specs and implementing software from such specs, and integration testing
- Experience working in Agile development environment
- Proficiency with unit testing for C++, particularly gtest, gmock or similar framework
- Nice to haves: experience with C++98, Jenkins CI/CD, SVN, git, Jira, SAFE 6.0
