Job Description
Job Title: Therapist/Social Worker
Job Specialty: Social Worker - Psych
Job Duration: 13 months
Shift: Monday-Friday Days; 8 AM-5 PM with one day per week from 11 AM-7 PM. Holidays as assigned.
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in an addiction recovery center (inpatient)
License: Not required in IA
Certifications: CADC/CADC II with a bachelor's or master's in a related social studies field, OR a master's level LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, etc.

Must-Have:
- Experience in addiction recovery centers
- Relevant certification or licensure

Job Description:
- Conduct psycho-educational, 12-step, clinical, and therapeutic groups
- Facilitate individual sessions with clients and their families
- Work within a 50-bed inpatient facility for adults
- Engage with both female and male clients
- Adhere to documentation requirements using EHR-HCS
- Follow a TBD dress code

Note: Holidays are assigned as part of the schedule.
