Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive HR modernization programs aligned with business objectives
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR modernization projects from initiation to completion, including setting timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Design and implement new HR programs, Data governance and reporting as part of HR Modernization program initiative
Analyze HR program progress to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to inform decision-making and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for HR programs.
Facilitate change management processes when implementing new HR programs, including communication plans and employee training.
Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across various areas like recruitment, performance management, employee development, and compensation.
Required Skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
Ability to analyze data, problem solving abilities, interpret trends, and use insights to inform decision-making.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey program goals, progress, and outcomes.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence others, and drive change initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure program success.
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
