Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Architect

Location: Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel capabilities, and preferably experience in the retail sector. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure and manage Omni-Channel routing and workforce management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
• Develop technical architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC.
