Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure and manage Omni-Channel routing and workforce management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
- Develop technical architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC.
