What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to define and implement the strategic vision for EBS systems
  • Manage and enhance EBS systems to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and IT Infrastructure teams for seamless system integration
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize processes
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the current EBS framework
  • Implement emerging technologies to future-proof the EBS landscape
  • Ensure EBS systems comply with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage disaster recovery planning to maintain data integrity
  • Build and mentor a high-performing EBS team that embraces continuous learning

What You Will Bring Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a strong plus)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing EBS systems in manufacturing environments
  • Proven expertise in business applications, integration technologies, and solutions
  • Experience with IoT, MES, or data analytics tools
  • Strong leadership capabilities managing cross-functional, distributed teams

Skills and Abilities:
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes across multiple production sites
  • Experience supporting multi-application ecosystems in operational settings
  • Strategic thinking with ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Expertise in system integration and architecture design
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and disaster recovery best practices
  • Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT projects
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
