- Compensation: $42.36 - $61.50 per hour (based on experience)

Seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager - Surgical Services to lead PACU, Endoscopy, ENT, and Pre-Op operations. This role is ideal for a surgical services leader with a strong background in OR management and experience in an acute care hospital setting.Key Responsibilities
- Direct and evaluate Sterile Processing, Surgery, Outpatient, PACU, and Endoscopy departments
- Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, AHCA, and regulatory standards
- Maintain operational efficiency, budget oversight, and patient care coordination
- Oversee program development, marketing strategies, and performance management
- Develop and manage staff training, retention, and leadership initiatives
- Active Florida RN license (or Compact RN License meeting FL requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of clinical Surgical Services nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room management experience required
- Certifications (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held):
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
