As an Experience Quality Lead you will help us define the process and technology approach we will implement to deliver on these committments to our customers.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Improve the overall product engineering outcomes through a focus on enhanced tooling and streamlined processes
- Drive the creation new tools that leverage LLM technologies to greatly improve efficiency of bug analysis, triage, and prioritization.
- Create improved reports and dashboards to enable product engineers and engineering leadership to see immediate responsibilites at a glance
- Analyze bug lifecycle history in order to identify sources of low-quality reports as well as bottlenecks in the current process
- Collaborate with Product and Quality engineering to identify the best ways to measure customer success in an LLM/ML-driven experience
