The Strategic Growth Manager will manage the joint-strategic growth planning process with Sales and "Owned Brands" leaders to develop plans and targets comprised of key initiatives, market, and product opportunities. This position will assess and prioritize opportunities by evaluating the Proforma benefits against implementation difficulty. The manager will ensure profitable sales growth and monitor financial performance leveraging industry knowledge and business acumen and course correct as required to realize financial targets. They will be responsible for maintaining contact with and reporting performance to key stakeholders in CSS, EES, and UBS segments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the joint-strategic growth planning process with Owned Brands leaders and partner with the Sales organization on plans and targets.
  • Establish and hold team accountable for annual goals and priorities, with guidance from senior management.
  • Develop the metrics for tracking initiative financial performance.
  • Report initiative financial tracking with leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Highlight and present exceptions (e.g., below floor pricing).
  • Drive to understand the causes of performance (e.g., "why something is happening").
  • Track current performance against initiative and market assumptions.
  • Present post launch analysis for initiatives (e.g., 3, 6, and 9 months).
  • Hold regular, scheduled account reviews, identifying and resolving problems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required- Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Strategic planning or business development/3 years
  • Product Roadmap planning /3 - 5 years
  • Large program management/3 years
  • People management/3 years
  • Private Label operational experience/3 - 5 years
  • Business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and management of people and resources
  • Ability to maintain and develop key relationships
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Proforma models and ROI calculations
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel 0-25% of the time

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
