Job Summary: Looking for a skilled Business Analyst with deep Salesforce experience to join our project team. We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will help make the organization more profitable. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and will be responsible for working with various business units throughout the organization performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, scope and present opportunities to improve processes in conjunction with business owners
Define and document clear Business Requirements or Minor Development requirements and define scope and objectives; construct workflow charts and diagrams as needed

o Translate business requirements into functional requirements
Recommend controls by identifying problems, suggest improved procedures

o Propose data-backed solutions to address business challenges, including potential system changes or process improvements.
Work closely with project managers, business owners, and IT staff.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements; assist with user acceptance testing
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights opportunities for improvemen
Assist with project planning, monitor and review testing to track and report bugs
Create test cases and steps to ensure all aspects of release items are being covered throughout the development process
Identify bugs at various stages of development
Research and pinpoint where a call to action is implemented within a system
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Work with business owners and training staff to update, implement and maintain procedures
Manage competing resources and priorities

Requirements:
BS/BA
Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Superior verbal and written communication skills; Outstanding Facilitation skills
Excellent documentation skills
Experience creating detailed test scripts, reports and presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce and SharePoint knowledge a plus.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects that deliver results
Ability to work effectively without regular direction; self-motivated
Business Analyst certification a plus
Experience within the Retirement Services or Financial Services sector preferred
To succeed in this role you should have a natural way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
