Senior Salesforce Developer

Job role : Sr. Salesforce developer
Location : VA
Contract W2 only

Key Responsibilities:

* Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
* Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
* Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Optimize Salesforce processes and ensure adherence to best practices
* As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will perform unit testing and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity and performance
* Maintain Salesforce security and compliance standards
* Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Service Cloud
* Hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP web services
* Experience with Salesforce data migration, ETL tools, and SOQL/SOSL queries
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security models, workflows, and automation tools
* Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce performance
* Salesforce Developer and/or Service Cloud certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps
* Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
* Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing in Salesforce.
