Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with Dynatrace expertise to manage and optimize large-scale enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in observability, event management, and performance tuning across distributed and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise Dynatrace monitoring tools.
• Onboard applications to event management platforms, creating dashboards and alerts.
• Handle troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident resolution for infrastructure and application performance.
• Perform system performance analysis, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
• Work with ServiceNow Event & Incident Management, including event correlation and noise reduction.
• Manage and tune software containers such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate external tools, APIs, and connectors for seamless observability.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure (Linux/Unix, databases, networks).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and other observability tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in financial services or large-scale environments is a plus.
