The ideal candidate will have extensive end to end experience in setting up Confluent (on-prem and cloud), configuring clusters and monitoring aspects including integration with Dynatrace. Experience in Spark Streaming, Real-time Data Streaming, Confluent Kafka would be helpful. Experience in Spark Streaming, Real-time Data Streaming, Confluent Kafka would be helpful. - Lead the development and implementation of geospatial data solutions using AWS Services, ensuring high performance and scalability. - Oversee the monitoring and optimization of application performance with Dynatrace to ensure seamless user experiences. - Provide expertise in Spark Streaming to process and analyze large volumes of real-time data efficiently. - Manage real-time data streaming projects, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of insights. - Utilize Confluent Kafka to build robust data pipelines for real-time data processing and analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data solutions with existing systems and workflows. - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies while handling sensitive geospatial data. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of geospatial data solutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in geospatial data management and real-time data streaming. - Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for geospatial data management within the organization. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
