We're looking for an experienced and hungry Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our team!
We are a 100 plus year old employee owned insurance company that's growing and looking for an outgoing sales professionals to bring in new business and maintain existing clients. Our success and ultimately our clients happiness depends on you, so we invest heavily into the right people to ensure their success. Do you have experience selling commercial lines insurance products to businesses and creating long-lasting relationships? Do you have the ability to create and manage a book of business and be the master of your own success? Or are you an agency owner looking to sell your book and transition into a producer role? What You Will Be Doing
- Develop prospective sales leads through networking, lead generation, cold calling, and more.
- Work collaboratively to create solutions for business leaders and their organizations
- Provides guidance to service teams when identifying and solving complex issues
- Deliver and present proposals along with professional recommendations to clients
- Create and maintain a successful book of business (May be able to acquire a book)
What You Need for this Position
- 3-5 years experience in Commercial Lines sales
- Active P&C Insurance and Life & Health License
- Experienced in outside sales and creating a book of business from scratch
- Ability to work independently and crush sales metrics
- Lead generating, networking, and entrepreneur mentality
